The story of Anand Popatia dates back to his birth at Porbandar and his early education at St. Peters School in Panchgani. After he completed a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at L.D. College of Engineering, where he commenced his quest to reinvent the world of construction. In 1996, Anand Popatia started his practice in Porbandar with the single-minded purpose of delivering and performing beyond the minimum standards in building technology. His architecture was aimed at the construction of buildings that were not only bricks-and-mortar but also deeply embedded in the landscape of India.

Indeed, the company’s imprints can be seen on diverse architectural masterpieces that range from luxury residential developments that represent maximum comfort to bungalows that showcase grandeur.  Anand Popatia’s achievements in the construction sector were recognized and applauded by well-known bodies. He has been lately the president of the Associaion of Engineers and Architects in Porbandar and is one of the renowned members of the Institution of Engineers (India). 

In a fusion of current innovation and classical wisdom, Anand Popatia has obtained his diploma in Vedic Vaastu from the Institute of Vedic Vaastu and Research Foundation(Indore). This remarkable achievement enables Arcons Group to incorporate Vedic Vaastu principles in our projects and thus design soulful harmonious spaces that vibrate with the essence of the soul. Anand Popatia, a CBDT-registered valuer, values construction with great regard. The philosophy of Arcons Group covers not just construction but a collaborative method that is built on the wisdom and input of all the stakeholders.
